Solution: at the yachting orientated platform our team found several leaders of the community. They pointed at some software-developers, whom they occasionally saw "under the sail". One of them successfully got through the technical interview at the company and settled at the position of Senior GO developer.

Strategy of search: companies, developing databases. Made a search-map: LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, job sites. Finally by key-words found one of a relevant companies' case at Habr, in which names of developers were mentioned.
Results: we managed to contact several candidates through social-media. Two of them were interested in offered position, successfully got through the technical interview and joined the new team.
